TERMS:

Orders shipped payment in advance until credit is established.

Customers pre-approved for open account: net 10 days

We reserve the right to limit shipment and add a 2% finance charge for
any account with a balance in excess of 30 days.

Any NSF check requires a $25.00 processing fee and places the account on
prepayment cash only basis.

Payments accepted in US funds only.
SHIPPING:

All orders shipped FOB our factory via USPS Priority or truck. Please
advise us of any special shipping requirements. Orders can also be
picked up at our shop during regular business hours or other times by
appointment.

Handling charges: $1.50 per carton

Damage in transit must be noted on the carrier's documents upon
delivery. We will assist you in filing your claim, however we assume no
liability for damage in transit.

Shortages or claims for defects must be reported within 10 days of
receipt of shipment. No returns are allowed without RMA from our
facility.
CUSTOM INFORMATION, LOGOS:

Logos and engraving are provided for our customers at no additional
charge as long as proper copy is received and the logo will lend itself
to the process desired.

If a logo or piece of artwork will work in the engraving format, we will
happily reproduce it for you at no extra charge, however, all electronic
formats will remain in our shop.

Camera-ready artwork is a must for crisp, clear engraved images.

We want your awards order to be perfect, so always provide all ordering
information in hard copy via fax, email, or postal mail. We want your
awards perfect and won't take the chance of miscommunication by taking
it over the phone.
